Career Advising

Mentors help teens explore college, trade school, certification, and skilled career pathways.

Our Career Advising program helps youth and young adults explore career pathways, identify their strengths, and develop a personalized plan for achieving their professional goals. Whether they're preparing for their first job, considering college or trade school, or planning a long-term career, participants receive guidance every step of the way.

Through one-on-one coaching and career development workshops, participants gain practical skills such as resume writing, interview preparation, job searching, networking, and professional communication. They also explore different industries, learn about educational opportunities, and connect with resources that support their career journey.

Our goal is to empower every participant with the confidence, knowledge, and tools needed to make informed decisions about their future. By providing mentorship and real-world career readiness support, we help young people build meaningful pathways toward education, employment, and lifelong success.
